Sharon Costello
Her artistic abilities came naturally, and at the early age of 5 she won her first art competition. At age 15 she was commissioned to paint her first 2 murals at the High School she attended. In 1985 she left her home state of Oregon and came to California and found herself in the culturally rich Bay Area. For years, she worked at Galleries as a color consultant and teaching Art classes for Dublin Unified School District. She polished her skills with an array of art classes and traveled to Europe visiting renowned museums. For the past 8 years She has devoted her time to murals, creating decorative finishes, gilding, Venetian plasters, freehand or custom stencil work, portraits, and her favorite Trompe L'oeil. |
